I used to pack for trips like a normal person. Now? It’s a strategic mission.

Before I go anywhere, I:

Map out every restroom within a 50-mile radius.
Pack an emergency kit (meds, wipes, snacks, spare clothes—because you never know).
Mentally prepare for the worst-case scenario.
Pray to the travel gods that my gut cooperates.

And even with all that planning? Travel is still stressful.

🚗 Long car rides = risky business.
Airplane bathrooms are my worst nightmare.
🍽 Airport food? NOPE.

But you know what? I still do it. Because while Crohn’s controls a lot of my life, I refuse to let it take away everything.

Stay Strong.
