Ingredients
1 cup Skim Milk
1 container (6-8 oz) Light Strawberry Yogurt
⅓ cup Dedicated Woman Vanilla Protein
½ cup Strawberries, frozen
Directions
- Place all ingredients into blender container, cover and pulse (mix) until smooth.
- Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
