Banana Chocolate Nourishing Shake

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Serving Size: 1 serving

Ingredients

¾ cup Milk, 2% Reduced Fat
1 Banana, medium
3 Tbsp Dedicted Woman Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Benefiber® Fiber Supplement (Novartis Consumer Health)
5 Ice Cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
*Tip: Replace reduced fat milk with skim milk for less fat and calories.
**Note: Cocoa powder can be replaced with 2-3 Tbsp chocolate syrup, if desired. This substitution will increase the caloric value of the recipe.
***Going crazy?  Add whip cream and a little topping of choice.
